FENCE STAPLES

Production of fence staples in ø 4mm and ø 3.15mm (9 Ga and 10.5 Ga). These staples are produced with high resistance steel with class 4 HDG Zn-Aluminum coating. Our production is based on paper tape collated or glued. Staples legs can be knurled or knurled+barbed.

We were the first company to produce staples with this hybrid K+B design that ensure for more holding power.

Now we are the first that offer the KNURLED+BARBED+GLUE.



9 Ga  Knurled+Barbed+Glue

"ALL IN ONE"

The Glue with Anchor Coating adds a consistent more holding power to the Knurled+ Barbed design with divergent staple legs.

We consider this "All in One" design the "best in class" on the fence staples market.

The holding power is, at least, more than double* that only barbed staples. *(based on our tests).

Standard finish is class 4 HDG Zinc Aluminum coating.


9 Ga Knurled + Barbed

Staples 9 ga (4.00mm) are also available paper tape collected. These staples can be knurled or knurled+barbed. 

This K+B hybrid design offers traditional holding power of barbed staples with enhanced capability of knurling design for more surface area on wood fibers.

Standard finish is class 4 HDG Zinc Aluminum coating.


Lab studies have proven that knurled staples hold significantly better than barbed staples. Knurls increase surface area on the staple and allow wood fibers to adhere at more locations than a single barb. When pulled out, a knurled staple provides even, consistent pulling power, where as a barbed staple will hold strong until the barb lets loose, and then the staple slips out of the channel created by the barb when driven.


10.5 Ga  Glued

Staples 10.5ga (3.15mm) are glued with anchor coating and finishing in smooth or knurled.

The glue and the anchor coating with the knurled design offer the maximum holding power inside the wood. Suitable for all 10.5ga staplers. HDG class 3 or 4 available.


Loose Staples

9 ga loose staples barbed or B+K. HDG class 3.

Available in 10 lbs or 50 lbs plastic buckets. Other quantities upon request.
